Who
Any adult swimmer is welcome to register! You do not have to be currently registered with US Masters swimming to compete.

This is an unofficial swim meet — more like an intra-squad meet than a dual meet or invitational. We will have one timer per lane collecting hand-times. Times will not be reported to US Masters Swimming. There will be an official on deck starting each event and administering disqualifications.
Swimmers may sign up for up to five (5) events. The meet consists of:
- 50 and 100 of each stroke
- 100 and 200 Individual Medley
- 200 Medley Relay and Freestyle Relay
Order of Events
Note, there will be short pauses between events to allow swimmers who may be swimming back-to-back events to regroup before their next swim.

Meet Prep
Plunge Masters will be doing six weeks of focused practices leading up to the swim meet.
Weekly Cadence: Day-by-day Focus
Each week for the first four weeks (May 1–26) each day of the week will be focused on a specific aspect of a stroke.
