We’re back in the water with our regular practice schedule: Monday through Thursday from 6:30–7:30 AM. See you in the water!
How much does it cost?
Plunge Masters practices Monday through Thursday mornings from 6:30 to 7:30 AM
To reduce the risk of someone unknowingly carrying COVID–19 and passing the disease to their teammate or coach we have an operating plan we are following and ask our participants to follow as well.
Do I need any equipment for practice? We have kickboards and pull buoys, sanitized by the Plunge staff, at the pool for you to use. If you would like to bring fins or hand paddles, you may do so but it is not required.

Masters Swimming is a coached swim team. In this case, “Masters” simply means 18 and older. Our team is affiliated with U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS). Team members who choose to register with USMS will have access to sanctioned events (swim meets – when they start back up again) and receive their bimonthly SWIMMER magazine. Membership with U.S. Masters Swimming is not required to participate in practices.
